What is your membership system ? How long is the validity period of a purchased duration package? What is auto-renewal? Can I cancel auto-renewal? What do "Start date", "Expires", "Next reset date"mean? How are they counted? What's the deduction order rule when membership benefits and Transcription Quotas overlap?
