What do "Start date", "Expires", "Next reset date"mean? How are they counted?

"Start date"- Initial sign-up date
"Expires"- When the current membership expires
"Next reset date"- The next cycle reset date for new transcription minutes. Minutes in Pro and Unlimited Plans do not roll over month-to-month.Please note that all dates count down daily from the start to the end of the specified time period.
