User privacy is of utmost importance to us. By default, recordings are only stored on the Wavenote device and the associated Wavenoter App. When transcribing and summarizing, recordings may need to be uploaded to servers for processing. The entire transmission process is encrypted, and user information is anonymized.

The "Terms of service" and "Privacy Policy" will be provided on the Wavenoter App.
