How to bind Wavenote Device ?

After creating your Wavenote account and logging in successfully, please follow these steps to bind your device:
1）Open the Wavenoter App and click the “Connect” button located in the top right corner.
2）Select your Wavenote device, then press and hold the record button on the device until the white light flashes. This indicates that the device is ready for connection.

3）Then, the app searches for the device. Once the device appears in the device list, you can connect to it. 

Troubleshooting if connection fails:

 1. Check if Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

2. Try charging your device, then try connecting via Bluetooth while it's charging.

3. When connecting via the app, do not press any buttons on the Wavenote device.

4. If the above steps still fail to connect, press and hold the Wavenote app for 10 seconds to restart the device, then try connecting again.If the problem persists, contact us at [email protected].
