What can I do if the recording hours of my Wavenote device are shorter than expected?
If the recording time of your Wavenote device is short, please do the test below:
1）Fully charge your Wavenote device(after the LED turns green, continue to charge for 15 minutes).
2）Reset your Wavenote device. You can refer to:How to reset the Wavenote?
3）Start recording until it runs out of battery.
4）Recharge the device and reconnect it to the Wavenoter App to transfer the recording.
5）Check the duration of the recording. If it lasts longer than 15 hours, the device functions normally.
Note: Winter temperatures must be considered. Cold temperatures can lead to rapid discharge. The ideal temperature for using a Wavenote device and conducting this test is approximately 25°C to 35°C.For other questions or suggestions, please contact us at [email protected].
