What can I do if the recording hours of my Wavenote device are shorter than expected? What can I do if the standby time of my Wavenote device is short? What can I do if the standby time of my Wavenote device is short?

If the standby time of your Wavenote device is short, please take the test below:

1）Fully charge your Wavenote device(after the LED turns green, continue to charge for 15 minutes).

2）Reset your Wavenote device. 

3）Don't use the device; see how long the battery will last. Note: Winter temperatures must be considered. Cold temperatures can lead to rapid discharge. The ideal temperature for using a Wavenote device and conducting this test is approximately 25°C to 35°C.
