What steps should I take if the audio volume is too low/can't hear anything?
Here are the steps you can take:
1)Stay updated with the newest app version.
2)Adjust the Microphone Gain according to actual situations：
A. Turn up the gain (example: up to 28 or higher) if the device is recording at a low environmental volume.
B. Turn down the gain (example: down to 20 or lower) if the device is recording at a high environmental volume.
3)For Wavenote Phone Call recording, please note:
A. Ensure that the device is in Phone Call Recording mode.
B. Attach the device to the back of the phone because the vibration conduction sensor needs to pick up sound directly from the phone's speaker itself. And it is not supported to wear earbuds when recording a phone call.
C. Increase the handset volume on the phone.
D. Adjust the V.C.S gain to High before recording.
