What can I do if the recording hours of my Wavenote device are shorter than expected? What can I do if the standby time of my Wavenote device is short? Why can't I see my file on the WaveNote web even though I transcribed or summarized the audio on the WaveNote App? What should I do if there is static noise in the recording? What steps should I take if the audio volume is too low/can't hear anything?

Why can't I see my file on the WaveNote web even though I transcribed or summarized the audio on the WaveNote App?

1）Please ensure you are logged into the same WaveNote account on the web (https://app.Wavenote.ai) that you used for the WaveNoter App.

2）Please ensure the audio has been transcribed and summarized.
