What can I do if the Wavenote stops charging or doesn't turn on?

If your Wavenote becomes unresponsive or can't be charged, you can attempt to reset it without losing any data or changing settings by following these steps:

1)Double-check your charger: Make sure you're using a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A. If not, try a different one.

2)Charging without the case: Remove your Wavenote from the MagSafe Case and connect the charging cable directly to the magnetic area on the device.

3)Inspect the charging cable: Before plugging it in, check if it is the original charging cable. Once connected, gently wiggle the cable to ensure good contact. Look for the indicator light to turn on. If it does, charge for at least 10 minutes and try recording again.

4)Clean the charging port: Use a dry paper towel to gently clean the charging port on your Wavenote. This may help if dirt is causing the issue.

5)Reset the device: If the problem persists, try resetting your Wavenote. While it's connected to power, hold down the recording button for 10 seconds.

If the problem still persists, please kindly submit a request and send us a video of the reset process.

Note:

Many users attempt to reset their devices by performing the steps separately: long pressing the record button for 10 seconds and then charging the device. However, for a successful reset, both actions need to happen simultaneously.
