What can I do if the recording hours of my Wavenote device are shorter than expected? What can I do if the standby time of my Wavenote device is short? Why can't I see my file on the WaveNote web even though I transcribed or summarized the audio on the WaveNote App? What should I do if there is static noise in the recording? What steps should I take if the audio volume is too low/can't hear anything?

What should I do if my Wavenote is frozen/dead?

If the Wavenote's indicator light does not turn on while activating or charging, the device may be frozen or completely dead . To troubleshoot this problem, please check the steps below:Switch to a different power adapter that specifies "DC-5V" and has an output of at least 0.5A.Ensure you are using the original charging cable and charge the Wavenote without the MagSafe case to see whether the indicator light turns on.Make sure there is good contact between the Wavenote and the charging cable.Check the charging port of the Wavenote for any dirt and clean it with a dry paper towel if necessary.While charging, press and hold the Record button on the Wavenote for 10 seconds to reset the device.
