What can I do if the recording hours of my Wavenote device are shorter than expected? What can I do if the standby time of my Wavenote device is short? Why can't I see my file on the WaveNote web even though I transcribed or summarized the audio on the WaveNote App? What should I do if there is static noise in the recording? What steps should I take if the audio volume is too low/can't hear anything?

What should I do if my Wavenote is frozen/dead?

If the Wavenote's indicator light does not turn on while activating or charging, the device may be frozen or completely dead . press and hold the Record button on the Wavenote for 10 seconds to reset the device.
